Thanks I've been lurking for the longest time. I like this place better than the other one because the other one is full of arguments and people who are very... self-centered. But these forums seem very friendly and kind! (Plus the forums look better and the entire website as a whole is a lot better)

Aw, shucks. I actually read the other forums a lot too...each place has it's merits. That being said, glad to have you here.
If you like the website now, wait until we *fix* it!

For starters, completely new, hopefully faster and more crash-proof back end. Add lots of new features. Stir.
In the end, it'll look very similar to our current layout, just a couple more bells and whistles, all things that should make it even easier to find what you're looking for.

i figured it was a gag, though i thought it might be one of his friends .. ha. i mean, announcing you're a wealthy business-type is a red flag. but seeing i'm a mod, i had to take it semi-seriously .. you know, just incase.
rad design though. very detailed.

when you wrote that you were a mod, i thought you meant the brighton beach, england type. i had to re-read the paragraph like four times before i realized that you didn't mean that type of a mod.

One thing that made me wonder, what kind of paint or finish are you guys using for the customs? Because I got the fear that the paint will smear or rub off as soon as bear and helmet are put together.
That's the reason why I cut off part of my bears head and glued the rest back together (also because I don't think that the sculpt looks good without the helmet).

A majority of the artists carved (our Dremeled) out the inside of the helmet so it is a looser fit. Some of them put felt inside the helmet to make sure it wouldn't scratch. But some of them definitely have damage from the helmet going on and off...unfortunately, I think it's inevitable with this sculpt.

Your's is as smooth as a baby's behind Celena! We'll have the various artists touch up any pieces that need it before they're shipped anyways....
