these are even cooler...there is a mechanism built into the head that allows you to change the eye color. freaky.

they definitely look a bit freaky when you set the eyes to pink or orange, but it's a good freaky. i'm just enamored by these dolls.

kirby, will the japan exclusives be available to purchase online?

The opening was awesome and the show is beautiful people. Yes, Blythe is a doll, but so much more than that...such personality!

Anyway, we had a great time. HUGE UPs to Junko and Miyuki from CWC/Junie Moon of Tokyo for flying in and setting up the show and hanging for opening night. They're a class act and it's easy to see why everyone loves Blythe with so much creativity and positive energy going into all their projects. Also, massive props to Gina Garan for signing her postcard book all night long.

Thanks to everyone who came out, and if you weren't able, the show runs until October 16.

though it's not entirely my cup of tea, wish i could've come out to see this aspect of designer toys, and, of course, support the cause (I was up in milwaukee WI on vacay).

i'll keep my eyes peeled for pics...
